What is included in my membership?
The membership for Family Courts: How to self represent with Jacqui Griffin will be opening soon
There will be an introductory offer for the first three months for those who join for $4.99 a month and thereafter the cost maybe $19.99 a month.
The membership program will contain regular podcasts on Spotify and resources that match that will have straightforward steps on how to do the tasks in family law that you need to do if you can come to an agreement and avoid court or the tasks if you can’t and need to go to Court. There will be completed examples of the court forms that you need to do for the different steps.
How secure is Family Law Assist?
Security and privacy is of paramount concern to us. The resources for the membership including podcasts, videos and written materials will be hosted on Kajabi.
If I change my mind, can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time or continue on a monthly basis and your membership will be valid until the date of the next monthly payment.
Do you store my credit card?
No. We use Stripe for our credit card transactions and Stripe stores the credit card details.
When do you use my credit card for charges?
We will charge your credit card that is stored in Stripe on a monthly basis. You will receive a tax invoice following the successful transaction via email.
Can a Solicitor appear for me in court?
Court appearances are not part of the subscription program. However, a lawyer can appear at Court for you for an agreed price as part of unbundled legal services. The current hourly rate for a lawyer is $350 per hour.
